Lily's Ploughmans Pickle

Traditional English chutney with lovely flavour but not hot or "spicy".

Ingredients:
Carrots, Cucumber, Apples, Onions, Swede, Garlic, Dates, Lemons, Treacle, Malt vinegar (from Barley), Sugar, Spices (including Mustard).
Ideal with cheese or cold meat salad and in sandwiches.
